Brandon, I agree with Luciana 110%. You are awesome, patient, and successful! I will refer you to anyone that I hear needs help with their computer. Do you know that I called Dell tech a while back about the same problem that you fixed in 30 minutes and was on the phone for over 2 hours and they couldn’t help me out. Thank you so much for fixing both Luciana’s computer and mine too. You’re the best.

well said, glad to hear some intelligible responses instead of “vista just sux” cause personally i have never had a problem with it. but then again I’m a Geek/Gamer/IT so go figure. I’m also experimenting with other o/s and planning on getting certified in Linux as well as go after my MCP or MCE haven’t decided which one yet.

Hi there, just came across your blog doing a search on Google for Amazon Kindle Product Reviews. My personal opinion is that the Kindle really blows away the Sony Reader and all other products out there, and the Kindle 2 will be Amazing! Can't wait for the Feb. 24th release date!!!
